The US contact page, alas my hunt for the elusive feedback link had gone the way of the hunt for the loch ness monster... It might exist but I can't find it.

The US Xbox Support page I go... again no feedback link, I'm feeling disheartened being misinformed that "We appreciate your feedback. Customer satisfaction is our main goal" when there is no way to actually provide feedback if you are a disgruntled customer. I had once last hope

As Do I... To the Contact page, SURELY here there must be signs of the elusive feedback link... but alas no again it's the same footer I've seen on all the previous pages :(

It was at this point I realised that Xbox Support had directed me to www.xbox.com which would actually be the US version of the page, so a couple of clicks later...

Feeling the rush of the hunt I spin my mouse wheel flinging the page upwards until the bottom is shown... DAMN IT!!! It's almost like the feedback link is mocking me, it knows I'm looking for it and is perpetually moving on...

So to support I go, infact I go straight to Xbox 360 support, again I scroll down looking for the feedback link, again I missed it! I thought I could see a track left by it, so I hot footed it over to Xbox Support...

So with my journey to ask why I seem to have a £280 paper weight as xbox support had been unhelpful underway, I scrolled to the bottom of the page but alas there was no feedback link :(

So I wondered what now? and then I saw support, surely that has to have some form of contact details other than xbox support?

Welcome to some screens of xbox.com I took after receiving this email from xbox support after trying to make a complaint (I'm sending back my sixth Xbox 360 in ten months) :-

Hi Pete

Thanks for your email. “We appreciate your feedback. Customer satisfaction is our main goal. Therefore I will forward your comments to the product team. If you want to share additional comments and suggestions about our products and services, visit our Web site at www.xbox.com. To submit feedback, click the Feedback link at the bottom of the page."

So off to xbox.com my browser went, unfortunately the feedback link had decided to go to some other site during my visit.
